North Hills Veterans Parade-10:30AM-12:30PM begins at 213 North HIlls Drive

Parkesrburg City Park Carnival opens tonight (July 1) and runs through the entire holiday weekend.  Admission is free but all rides and games are additional ticket prices. 
3:00-Sunday afternoon at the City Park bandshell the July 4th Choral Celebration will begin.

Barbour County Fairgrounds-  Both the event and parking are free. Gates open at 4 p.m., a ceremony to honor our troops and veterans is set for 6 p.m., with the fireworks scheduled for 10 p.m.

July 2-"Symphony Under the Stars", featuring the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra will be held again this year at the Clarksburg City Park, in Nutter Fort. The show starts at 7:30 p.m., with fireworks to follow.

Elkins, WV
Elkins City Park -a car show, a cruise-in, a country music showdown and fireworks. Events run from 5 to 10 p.m. and are free.

Moundsville, WV 
July 4-fireworks (at dusk)

Ritchie County, WV "4th of July Celebration" will be held at the 4-H grounds in Harrisville. Live music will begin at 7 p.m. with fireworks at 10 p.m. The event is free, but you are asked to bring your own chair.

Buckhannon-Upshur High School - A "Fourth of July Fireworks Celebration" will be held at the Buckhannon-Upshur High School football field. The gates will open at 4 p.m., with entertainment starting at 5 p.m. Admission is $5 per carload. The rain date is July 10.
