At the Parkersburg Art Center

10-12 noon
Free to kids 12 and under with an adult.
Here is a quote from the Art Centers facebook page
"At this week's Arty Party we will be making canister drums and/or decorative snowmen out of recycled bottles. There will also be a drawing area set up. The Big Room (our preschool's gym/gallery) will be open so the kids can dance on the stage, play in the house or the boat, build balance trails,....basically burn off a little extra energy indoors."
