Functional Fitness Workout--Williamstown, WV



Join us at Williamstown Park EVERY Tuesday night at 6:30pm for 45 minutes of functional fitness! Cardio, strength training and core work using your own body weight! All fitness levels welcomed!


$5/person for the 45 minute workout (see more info at the trainers facebook site here)

I have never tried her workouts but $5 for a personal training session is a great price and in the least will give you some things to do on your own the rest of the week.

  1. An effective way to work out the core workout groups is with doing planks. This exercise does not require any tools, but to supply comfort, having a yoga mat could be ideal. This exercise starts off with the individual faced down on her stomach with arms tucked beneath the chest to create a triangle.
